About the event
Kick off your weekend in the cozy glow of Hooga House. This welcoming, all-levels vinyasa practice blends fluid movement and mindful breath to awaken your body from the inside out. Expect a supportive space with lots of options to make the practice truly your own. After our 60-minute flow, enjoy an hour of open sauna and cold plunge time to reset, refresh, and carry that ‘hooga’ feeling with you all day long!
