About the event
Join us for a one hour power vinyasa yoga class designed to level up your asana practice and build week over week. Beginners welcome, but expect an advanced flow and less foundational instruction. This will be followed an hour of Contrast Therapy!
Members: Included in membership (2 for standard, yoga all day every day for unlimited!)
Yoga + Contrast Therapy: $39
