About the event
This is come-as-you-are yoga class. No fluff. No stuffy rules. Inhales are space-finders. Exhales are where we move through that space and let things go. It’s less about the pose and more about meeting yourself exactly where you are through your breath, and carrying the practice into your daily life.

Non-Members: $39 (includes Contrast Therapy)
