About the event
A chance for men to get to know each other better, hold space for one another, and to get the most out of their third space.
Each man gets time to share anything he wants with the group. You can also pass. First round there is no feedback, only presence from the group. After everyone has had a chance to share, there will be space to ask for feedback or support. The group sauna and cold plunge in South Table sauna for privacy. 12 spots. Let’s build deeper community and space for men together.
If you're planning on doing contrast therapy, just make sure you have a credit to use, or you're welcome to pay at the front door.
