About the event
Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on uniform development of the body. You will learn to move from your core and breathing techniques which reward you with efficient and effortless movement. Plan to get stronger, more mobile, less prone to injury, more coordinated, and more in control - this method provides support for the activities you choose out there in the world from sitting at a desk to skiing, mountain biking and beyond. This class will offer variations good for beginners to advanced - and please stay after for up to an hour of contrast therapy in the sauna and cold-plunge.
