About the event
Join Sarah & Jeff for a restorative yoga and candlelight soundbath sauna experience. Intentionally scheduled during the evening, this time is yours to unwind with gentle and supported poses designed to release tension and quiet the nervous system, before transitioning into the warmth of the sauna as the sun sets to enjoy an immersive sound healing session. This combo is the perfect way to close out your week and find space to ground and reflect. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing for our practice and bring any yoga props that you have.
