Experience guided movement and intentional mobility led by Amber Jacobson, owner of Mountain Meadow Therapeutics, followed by an hour of contrast therapy at Hooga House. Progress on your current mobility and flexibility this winter sports season! All-levels are encouraged.

Non-Members: $15
This class is part of an ongoing series — we’ll be offering it once a Month on Monday nights.
