About the event
Strong & Slow Flow link breath to movement with mindful, meditative pacing. Expect longer holds, creative transitions, and moderate intensity designed to build strength while grounding the body and calming the nervous system. Accessible to all levels, students are encouraged to explore focus, sensation, and breath as anchors throughout the practice. Music supports the flow, props are encouraged, and curiosity is always welcome.
