About the event
Collin Chartier is a renowned Breathwork teacher in the Colorado area and will be teaching both Meditative and Performance Breathwork at Hooga House on Wednesday evenings! Breathwork will be in the sauna (temperature turned down 15-25 degrees) with breaks for cold plunging, rehydrating or resting outside.
Meditative Breathwork: 5:45p - 6:45p
Performance Breathwork: 7p - 8p
Members: $20
Non-Members: $40
