End your Wednesday with a grounding vinyasa flow designed to help you reset and reconnect. This all-levels class emphasizes breath-led movement, mindful transitions, and tuning into your body’s natural rhythm. You’ll be guided through a supportive, flowing practice that feels both energizing and calming. After the 60-minute yoga session, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy open sauna and cold plunge time, extending the sense of clarity, balance, and renewal you cultivated on the mat.
