About the event
Begin with a breath led yoga flow designed to open the body, awaken circulation, and gently build internal heat. From there, transition into the sauna for a guided aufguss ritual where waves of aromatic steam, music, and intentional towel movements circulate warmth through the room. Enjoy a cold Kona Kombucha to hydrate and cool off between yoga and sauna. This two hour journey blends movement, breath, and heat to leave you feeling grounded, clear, and deeply renewed.
