How do I book a Sauna / Cold Plunge Session?To book a sauna or cold plunge session, you’ll need either a valid membership (All-in Membership or Wellness Membership) or you can purchase one credit to book a session. Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our website. Simply log in, select your preferred time, and reserve your spot.

How long is a sauna / cold plunge session?Each session lasts one hour. We recommend 15-20 minutes in the sauna, followed by 2-5 minutes in the cold plunge, repeated 2-3 times.

Is the sauna co-ed, or do you have separate sessions for men and women?Our sauna is co-ed, and we maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for everyone.

Can I use the sauna or cold plunge if I’m not a member?You can use the sauna and cold plunge without a membership by purchasing a single session credit. However, members with an All-in or Wellness Membership have unlimited access to these services.

Do I need to bring my own towel?We encourage members to bring their own towels for sauna and cold plunge sessions, but we do have some available for rent if needed.
