This practice builds warmth gradually, leaving you grounded, relaxed, and ready for a restful night. Perfect for all levels. After the 60-minute yoga session, stay to enjoy an hour of open sauna and cold plunge, leaving you relaxed, restored, and ready to carry that cozy ‘hooga’ feeling into your evening.
