Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your session to receive a refund. Rescheduling is only available up to 2 hours before your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule after these windows, you will not receive a refund or credit. Bookings under an Unlimited Membership are strictly non-transferable and are intended for use by the individual member only. Changing the name, phone number, or any other identifying information during booking to reserve sessions for someone else is a violation of this policy. We actively monitor all bookings. Any member found booking sessions under someone else’s name or allowing others to use their membership will have their membership immediately revoked without refund. We appreciate your honesty and cooperation in helping us maintain fair access for all members.
