What are the club rules?

1. A signed waiver is required to enter our facility.
2. No outside food or drink: alcohol is dangerous when doing contrast therapy. 
3. Clothing is required: swimwear or athletic clothing is best. 
4. Shower before you plunge: use our outdoor rinse prior to entering the cold plunge.
5. Pay attention to your body: if you are feeling woozy or unwell, listen to yourself and do not continue contrast therapy.

How do I book a Sauna / Cold Plunge Session?

To book a sauna or cold plunge session, you will need a monthly membership or available session credits. Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our website. Simply log in, select your preferred time, and reserve your spot.

How long is a contrast therapy session?

Accepted Answer

Each contrast therapy session lasts 90 minutes.  We recommend 15-20 minutes in the sauna, followed by 2-5 minutes in the cold plunge and breaks as your mind and body dictate, repeated 2-3 times.

We won't rush you out, but do need to manage capacity which is why we have bookings. You are more than welcome to stay and enjoy our social and lounge areas in addition to our mobility zone.

Is the sauna co-ed, or do you have separate sessions for men and women?

Our saunas are co-ed and we require clothing. We maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for everyone.

Question 5

Do I need to bring my own towel?

We encourage members to bring their own towels for sauna and cold plunge sessions, but we do have some available for rent if needed.

Question 6

Do you have showers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have 4 showers: 2 outdoor, 2 indoor. Rinse off after sauna, before cold plunge.

Question 7

Can I bring a friend or guest?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can bring a friend for just $20 if it's their first visit to Hooga House.  If you have an active credit, you’re also welcome to use your credit to cover their session.

Question 8

Can I cancel or reschedule my session?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations lose credit.

Question 9

Do you have changing rooms?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have private changing rooms for use before and after your session. Not full-service locker rooms, but comfortable.
