HOW IT WORKS...

1.  Warm Up // Sauna
Beginner 5-15 Min | Experienced 15-20 Min

Kick off the Nordic Cycle by embracing the heat of our finnish sauna for ~15 minutes. Detoxify and rejuvenate your mind and body.

2.  Cool Down // Cold Plunge
Beginner 1-2 min | Experienced 3-5 min

By breathing through the intensity of cold, you strengthen your body's response to stress. Cold plunging provides vitality that lasts way longer than a cup of coffee, eases muscles and joints for recovery, boosts mood with endorphins and improves sleep quality. 

3.  Relax
Rest Time May Vary

We encourage those participating in the Sauna + Cold Plunge to give themselves time to rest, relax, and listen to your body in between each cycle.

4.  Repeat
Beginner 1-2 cycles | Experienced 2+

Many of the ThermoTherapy benefits can be obtained through one sauna session followed by one cold plunge however two or more complete cycles can be beneficial depending on user and experience level.

  • How do I book a Sauna / Cold Plunge Session?
    To book a sauna or cold plunge session, you’ll need either a valid membership (All-in Membership or Wellness Membership) or you can purchase one credit to book a session. Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our website. Simply log in, select your preferred time, and reserve your spot.
  • How long is a sauna / cold plunge session?
    Each session lasts one hour. We recommend 15-20 minutes in the sauna, followed by 2-5 minutes in the cold plunge, repeated 2-3 times.
  • Is the sauna co-ed, or do you have separate sessions for men and women?
    Our sauna is co-ed, and we maintain a respectful and comfortable environment for everyone.
  • Can I use the sauna or cold plunge if I’m not a member?
    You can use the sauna and cold plunge without a membership by purchasing a single session credit. However, members with an All-in or Wellness Membership have unlimited access to these services.
  • Do I need to bring my own towel?
    We encourage members to bring their own towels for sauna and cold plunge sessions, but we do have some available for rent if needed.
