Hooga Offerings
-
Hooga? What's up with the name?"Hooga" is inspired by the Nordic word "Hygge," which represents creating a sense of comfort, warmth, and well-being in everyday moments. At Hooga House, we’ve embraced this concept, creating a space where you can escape the stresses of daily life, relax, and focus on your health. Whether you’re in the sauna, cold plunge, or unwinding in the lounge, our goal is to provide a peaceful and inviting environment that promotes relaxation and personal connection.
-
What's included in a session? Each contrast therapy session includes one hour to enjoy the sauna and cold plunges. You’re also welcome to use the stretching zone before or after your session and relax in the lounge to chat with friends or catch up on emails. We want you to enjoy your time at Hooga House—we’re not going to rush you out, just be respectful of other members waiting to use the space.
-
What makes your sauna and cold plunge experience different from others? What makes our sauna and cold plunge experience unique is the combination of our two handcrafted Finnish Saunas—one dedicated to quiet reflection and one for social connection, each fitting 10–12 people—and our top-of-the-line cold therapy setup with three C3 BlueCube plunges, considered the best in the industry. This blend of authentic design, community focus, and premium equipment creates an experience you won’t find anywhere else.
-
What should I bring? We suggest bringing a water bottle, a towel, and a change of clothes if you plan to change after your session. A limited number of towels are available to rent for a fee if needed.
-
Do I need to book ahead of time?Yes. We operate on a reservation basis to keep the experience smooth and stress-free. You can book online through our website!
-

We recommend 15-20 minutes in the sauna, followed by 2-5 minutes in the cold plunge and breaks as your mind and body dictate, repeated 2-3 times. -
Do I need to bring my own towel? We encourage members to bring their own towels for sauna and cold plunge sessions, but we do have some available for rent if needed.
