About the event
This welcoming, all-levels vinyasa practice blends gentle, intentional movement and mindful breath to awaken your body from the inside out. The focus will be awareness and fine-tuning rather than quick-paced movements and big transitions. Whether you are brand new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, expect a supportive space with lots of options to make the practice truly your own. After our 60-minute flow, enjoy an hour of open sauna and cold plunge time to reset, refresh, and carry that ‘hooga’ feeling with you all day long!
