About the event
Build vitality, strength, and mindfulness during this Vinyasa-style flow class. During each 60-minute class, you will be guided thoughtfully through poses that will strengthen your body, regulate your energy, and help you to feel awake, alive, and grounded. All levels are welcome. After the yoga session, stay to enjoy an hour of open sauna and cold plunge, building on the mental and physical benefits you just cultivated during your practice. You’ll leave invigorated but grounded, ready to take on whatever your day may hold.
